1 Boring Old Man reflects on his work with children and adolescents, in which he directly observes the troubling effects of antidepressants, and the history of research which relies on ratings by doctors, rather than reports by the patients or their families, to determine the drugs’ efficacy.

    NAMI has been the non-profit behind pushing these drugs.

    Maybe NAMI should be put in charge of determining if drugs are safe and effective.

    Or, not.
