Merete Nesset

Merete Nesset worked in TV production prior to her first encounter with psychiatry at age 30. She has experienced post partum psychoses, and was subject to involuntary treatment on several occasions. The horrors of psychiatric coercion led her into mental health activism, working part time as a public speaker and teacher. Merete is now attending a postgraduate program on Open Dialogue in Norway.
