Mark A. Radcliffe is the author of two novels; Gabriel's Angel (2010) and Stranger Than Kindness (2013), he is a long term columnist in Nursing Times Magazine and lecturer at the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Kings College, London. He is a former mental health nurse and lives in Brighton, England where he swims quite obsessively. He has an MA in Creative Writing from UEA. His PhD dissertation for Sussex University was titled "What Happens To Bruised And Damaged Nurses," for which he got a nice hat.
