If Michael Ratner was able to sue dictators and torturers, then we should be able to get up off of our therapists’ couches and figure out how to sue the doctors who put Foster Care kids on drugs, and the courts and prisons putting people into Recovery Programs, as these are just a cover for religion.
And we should be able to figure out how to sue parents when there is parent v child animosity as this indicates abuse, and we should be able to prohibit disinheritance in the US, like it is in other countries, as allowing disinheritance encourages child abusers.
