Bob, I thought I read somewhere a while ago that Martin Harrow was not too sympathetic to the views you expressed in Anatomy of an Epidemic. Is that not the case? Where does he stand now?
Has there been a press release (or any other kind of promotion) about this article? We should try to get some coverage in the mainstream media.
