Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz is offering to help the parents of Justina Pelletier regain custody of their daughter, saying "The law of Massachusetts is clear; when you have a conflict in medical opinion . . . you allow those conflicts of medical care to be resolved by the parents . . . And the gag order is clearly unconstitutional."

  1. Amazing and important. While I am hardly an admirer of Dershowitz in general, he is no doubt a very prestigious and competent lawyer, and also likely to push issues that come close to what the real issue is: the unconstitutional power that psychiatry has been given by the state and country to violate people’s rights.
