Depression Widespread Among CEOs of Startups?

Business Insider discusses a number of cases of people running tech startup companies who suffer from depression, and explores some of the psychosocial factors that may be contributing to what some say is a wider phenomenon.

“It’s a strange thing, because everyone knows that, under the shroud of positive posturing, every startup and every founder is struggling or has struggled, but we’re only supposed to talk about what’s going right,” one CEO states. “Given that dissidence, it’s no wonder many of us find ourselves struggling quietly and privately.”
