From Mad in Finland: I don’t think I can describe or understand what a paradigm shift in psychiatry should be like and what the reality of a new kind of mental health work should look like as a whole. Such a goal would be impossible for one person and one article. I am now trying to consider what principles mental health work and better psychiatric care should be built on to make it more humane and effective.
