Marcello Maviglia

Marcello Maviglia is a psychiatrist and specialist in the field of drug addiction. His main areas of interest are: behavioral Health issues within the framework of the Recovery Model, research on Historical Trauma and integration of effective culturally based approaches with social determinants of health in clinical practice. He is a clinical professor with the UNM (University OF New Mexico) Department of Family and Community Medicine, and Scientific Advisor for CNAH/UNM (Center for Native American Health/University Of New Mexico).
