Shannon Hughes

Shannon Hughes MSW, PhD, is the co-founder of Elemental Psychedelics, where she organizes training and experiential practicums for practitioners in the psychedelic space. She previously served as a tenured professor and researcher in Higher Education and as a non-voting member of Colorado's Natural Medicine Advisory Board Training and Qualifications Committee. She co-founded The Nowak Society, a Colorado-based non-profit dedicated to building psychedelic communities, and has published research on community-based approaches to psychedelic healing.
