Silvi Saxena, MBA, MSW, LSW, CCTP, OSW-C is a Philadelphia-based trauma therapist, medical social worker, and mental health writer. Her work focuses on the intersections of mental health, healthcare disparities, and access to care for historically marginalized communities, all through a trauma-informed lens. With a background in hospice, hospital, and community mental health care, she draws on deep clinical experience supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, trauma, and structural oppression.
