Depression and anxiety are treatable with a combination of meditation, mindfulness and talk therapy. I have been teaching my psychotherapy clients mindfulness and meditation for help in dealing with many issues for 30 years. Anxiety, depression, stress and even as an adjunct to their cancer therapies. I recommend they use a guided mindfulness meditation program specifically designed to work in conjunction with their therapeutic process. It takes consistent practice, like any other skill, but the results are usually nothing short of amazing.
