Huge Kudos Eugenia. And thank you for these words. One thing that strikes me is the need to know ourselves through rigorous self-honesty, and from this, so much trial and error to find what helps and what hinders. This is so hard. It is so easy to put it all into the hands of some expert, theory, or medication and get trapped in it. Yet there is no genuine help in the process of finding authenticity and what works for us. Theoretically the various professionals are supposed to be doing this, but in reality the reaction is defensiveness, in my experience. Possibly they are lost. We are still at the stage of lip-service and far from it becoming a reality. So, we have to blaze our own trail, usually obstructed by the systems and people that should be helping. A painful path and one we are forced to take by our will to live in truth and a preparedness to do whatever it takes, or to die trying. I’m so glad you found this while you were still young. With so much living ahead of you. I hope one day there are wise people who can provide support and understanding for such a path.
