It’s misleading to say “antidepressant use,” the proper title would be “anticholinergic use”
We shouldn’t conflate voices “inside” our heads as being the same as voices “outside” our heads. The former is common and typically what most people mean when they say they “hear voices.” The latter is seen in psychotic illnesses. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0193953X05700666
