Marci is back in custody at Chicago Reed Hospital. The Illinois appellate court granted the state attorneys who appealed the conditional release order an emergency order that Marci has to remain in custody during the appeal process. With the help of her friends she has filed a motion for release, we should hear something next week.
Marci is released today from Chicago-Reed Hospital! After 10 years of incarceration Marci will be staying in her own apartment tonight. We will be hearing from Marci!
