Mad in America is looking for meme creators to focus their talents on the psychiatric industry.
If you don’t already know what a meme is, here’s a short definition: a humorous image, video, text, etc., that is copied (often with slight variations) and spread online. Some examples might be Bernie Sanders and his mittens at the inauguration or the evergreen grumpy cat meme. Themes can be anything related to lived experience, the psychiatric industry, med withdrawal and similar aspects of modern psychiatry.
We’d like to stay way from cursing, or mean disparaging of any person or profession, basically sticking with the community standards you can find here on our site. Chosen memes will be shared on Mad in America’s instagram and twitter, and the memester tagged (if desired).
