“A Pfizer Inc. report shows a scientist warned executives last year about a potential link between the anti-depressant drug Zoloft and birth defects, and recommended changes to the medication’s safety warning,” reported Bloomberg.
Though the jury in a recent court case sided with Pfizer, Bloomberg reported that, “The document from a Pfizer drug-safety official might complicate the company’s efforts to fend off lawsuits brought by parents of children with malformed hearts.”
Bidness Etc later reported that the jury in this case ultimately sided with Pfizer as well, “on the grounds that the drug’s label already contains adequate warning for doctors.”

These people should be in prison. Hiding things like that is criminal, no matter if it is faulty cars or faulty meds. The fact that they get away with it just paying a fine or not even is a proof that we live in a corporate state.
