The Department of Justice, per its ongoing lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson regarding alleged kickbacks to a Omnicare, a provider of pharmacy services, has asked a federal judge to compel incoming Chief Executive Alex Gorsky to testify. The Justice Department says Mr. Gorsky “has relevant knowledge concerning Janssen’s marketing to Omnicare, including information that Janssen failed to disclose to Omnicare concerning Risperdal.”
