The trial of Anthony Orban enters the “sanity phase,” during which jurors will decide whether Orban was in control of his actions at the time he committed kidnap and rape. Saying that Orban had stopped taking Zoloft, then resumed it five days before the attack, Peter Breggin testified that within days of resuming Orban had delusions that he was possessed by demons, that a cadaver had talked to him, contemplated suicide, and had fantasies of killing his wife and dog. “His wife described him as being zombie-like,” Breggin said.
Breggin is a disgrace for trying to excuse a rapist.

I think the point is that the drugs may have influenced his behavior, just as they may have contributed to suicides.
