(Launch Statement)
Dear Sir / Madam (To Whom It May Concern),
On behalf of the organizers, including Wayne Douglas (founder of Benzo Case) and representatives, including Geraldine Burns and Joan Gadsby, as former Chair of Oldham TRANX, I would like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of World Benzo Awareness Day (W-BAD) which will be taking place on Monday, 11th July 2016.
This day has been made necessary due to decades of inaction on the part of global governments over the most serious of public health issues – that is doctor induced benzodiazepine drug dependency and associated iatrogenic damages.
Please refer to the link below, and use this day as an opportunity to raise awareness for the sake of, not only the millions of sufferers and their families, but indeed for humanity and society as a whole.
