I don’t know how people survive this. My Dr had recommended I stop Xanax. I asked for inpatient care I had been taking 0.5 mg qhs for 15 years. Even sad I could quit cold turkey because it was a low dose that was seven months ago the first 5 were severe Akathisia I only slept like 4 hours that entire time it’s a little milder now but it has destroyed me i don’t have any more energy to fight I’m awake for 72 hours and might get 2-4 hours of sleep. When the hell will this end
will this end I am suffering and I can’t believe that there isn’t someway to make this a little bit better now
