Teenagers have enormous resources, let’s give them the opportunity to get a solid foundation

From Mad in Sweden: They are loved and hated, denied and acknowledged. Some claim they don’t have them, while others say they have too many and too much. What is certain is that they exist in all of us and can provide enormous health benefits when we get to know them.

Yes, I’m talking about feelings. And they exist for a reason. I dare say that we are controlled by them, whether consciously or not. After working with and for people for over thirty years, I see how little we know ourselves and how ill-equipped we are to deal with emotions. It’s as if we underestimate their value and impact. And we spend more energy distancing ourselves from them than meeting them.
