From Mad in Argentina:
Anger
It’s an emotion, the anger is not yours,
It is not from you to you, it seems like it is, because you feel it as your own,
But in that emotion lies another that remained inside you,
It is a hidden link and is structured as a memory,
that returns each time and is expressed through a recent event,
He feels himself before a new other, who plays the same role as the old other,
Anger is an intense emotion that arises and bathes us in frustration, irritation and rage,
feeling attacked, or mistreated, unrecognized, faced with something that is experienced as unfair,
It causes a series of changes in our psyche and body,
heart rate increases, muscles tense,
Breathing becomes faster and the skin becomes red,
It remains lodged in our organs, manifesting in the gallbladder and liver.
These reactions are the result of the activation of the sympathetic nervous system,
that prepares us for a fight or flight response.
There actions and words are fired, depending on each person how far they reach,
It may be that if there is no good management or a barrier we will overflow,
harming us and others with what we do with it.
