Carol Noyes

Carol Noyes is a plant scientist, ecologist, holistic nutritionist, and organic farmer. After earning a B.S. in Plant Science from UNH, Carol received an M.A. in Social Ecology at the Institute for Social Ecology (ISE). Currently she is the owner of an organic farm in Vermont. She has written a book about her bipolar experience called Coming Full Circle: One Woman’s Journey through Spiritual Crisis.
