Elly Litvak

Elly Litvak is a mental health recovery specialist, and founder of the Family Navigation and Support Program in Toronto, Canada. An actor and comedian, she is an ardent believer in healing through creativity, the arts and performance. Elly has established several theater and narrative programs for families and people with the lived experience. Her highly acclaimed one woman show "Now Who’s Crazy Now?’" chronicling her experiences living with and recovering from serious mental health issues has played to audiences across North America.
