L.S. lives with his young family in Seattle. Since suffering a severe episode of psychosis 2.5 years ago, he has been on a journey to understand his own mental health. Thanks to the amazing support of his community, friends, and family during his episode he now wants to share the learnings of that journey with anyone that may benefit.
