Oksana Yakushko, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and a faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her recent publications focus on issues related to ideological use of sciences in psychology, specifically those related to eugenics and social Darwinism. She serves on the Board of Division 39 (Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology) of the American Psychological Association and is a Fellow of APA. In 2021 she received the APA Leadership award from the Committee on Women in Psychology. She is a practicing clinician in Santa Barbara, CA and is a psychoanalytic candidate with the National Training in Psychoanalysis.
