Event by Karen Adler

Alice In Wonderland is a time-honored classic that's been interpreted by everyone from Salvador Dali to Banksy ... well, maybe not Banksy.

Alice in Dunderland is my own take on Alice. I use the story of her adventures to illustrate my own journey through life and link it to Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey archetype - when one goes adventuring, it's easier to find your way and return home if you have a map. I include my own art and that of other generous souls, because art always makes things clearer than words alone and adventures are better with friends.

Alice looks at the role of the arts, creativity, visual storytelling in cultural change and raising public awareness.

These generous souls and fellow-adventurers in Dunderland include Nina Angelo, Kathleen Aroha, Patrick Brooker, Robyn Brown, Paul Robert Burton, Luc de Bruy, Dave Burgess, Berengere de Tarle, David Carmichael, Donna Cameron, Gregory Roy Cope, Tim Heffernan, Karin Jervert, Debra Lansdowne, Jeannie Lawson, Cath McEwan, Teresa McLaren, Helen Menzies, Kevin P. Miller, Patrick O'Connor, Tracie Shoobert, Lavinia Smith-Lewis, Robyn Warburton, Tina Waters, Robert Whitaker.
