I specialize in working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues, as well as those with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. My therapeutic approach is informed by the Health At Every Size paradigm and body liberation, feminism, queer and trans liberation, and disability justice. I believe that healing comes from feeling heard, seen, and valued, and I strive to create a space in which clients can express their full, authentic selves.
I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about mental health treatment that are aligned with their values and goals. I provide support to those who wish to taper from psychiatric medications and/or who wish to explore alternative treatments in addition to or besides medication.
