I struggled myself to get off anti-depressants for 9 years. I successful weaned off using CBT, exercise and any other technique I have learned and shared with my clients over the years. CBT is incredibly effective in assisting people to change their thinking and lift their spirits. I am an interactive counsellor, I do not just sit back and reflect, and I believe in getting my clients to see some hard truths in order to make changes in their lives.
