The state appeals court of Lake Charles, Louisiana found that “the trial court was not manifestly erroneous in casting (Johnson & Johnson owner) Janssen with civil monetary penalties, attorney fees, and costs for its violations” of Louisiana’s Medicaid fraud laws, and let stand a $258 million jury award.

Please mail me an “I’m very, very sorry” greeting card, signed by each and every mad scientists who created that damned poison.

Risperdal reproached.
Johnson and Johnson is a trusted brand we associate with babies.
The saga of the so called *atypical antipsychotics* is one of incredible profit.Eli Lilly made $67 BILLION on Zyprexa.Described as *the most successful drug in the history of neuroscience* the drugs at $12 pill are used by states to medicate deinstitutionalized mental patients to keep them out of the $500-$1,200 day hospitals.
There is a whole underclass block of our society, including elderly in nursing homes, children in foster care that are the market for these drugs, but have little voice of protest if harmed by them.I am an exception,I got diabetes from Zyprexa as an off-label treatment for PTSD and I am not a mentally challenged victim so I post.

J&J is nothing but a big bunch of liars, along with all the other drug companies that peddle this flim flammery and snake oil “neducubem: but of course we already know this! Can you picture that spokeswoman standing there with that self-righteous look on her face as she claims that they did not wrong and that they were unjustly treated by the court! Give me a break!

Sorry, I meant to write “medicine” instead of neducubem. This is what I get for not wearing my glasses! But, now that I come to think of it, I like neducubem because none of what’s done to people is actual honest to goodnes medicine.
