  1. Follow the money. I wonder what percentage of money which could be spend on actual healthcare (or things that improve “mental health” such as social programmes, housing etc.) are wasted in the psychiatry-pharmaceutical complex.

    • In the UK over ÂŁ200 million of Public money is spent every year on biomedical research.

      The state of Psychiatry in the UK is a lot worse than it was a generation ago; and the only evidence of enduring recovery from “serious mental illness” in the UK has come from non biomedical means.
