From Mad in Greece: As a response to the various posts and announcements from collectives, professional associations, unions and federations, regarding the recent murder in Daphni, I would like to note the following somewhat telegraphically:
In principle, the criticism leveled at the government and previous governments, as well as at the EU, is absolutely correct. The deliberate and systematic destruction of the National Health System and the orchestrated delivery of mental (and not only) health services to the private sector and Private Law Legal Entities (see NGOs), is now documented. I have nothing more to say to overstate the issue and it is obviously despicable to target some individual professionals who were on duty that night.
