Linda Kincaid

Linda Kincaid, MPH, left a career in high tech to advocate for conservatorship reform. Co-founding Coalition for Elder & Disability Rights (CEDAR), she successfully sponsored multiple bills in California’s state legislature. She supported Sacramento’s ABC10 in their year-long investigation. She exposed attorneys preying on California’s most vulnerable. Her first documentary won awards at NewsFest 2021.
