Michelle Funk

Michelle Funk is responsible for the work in mental health policy, planning, service development, human rights and legislation at the World Health Organization, Geneva. She leads the WHO QualityRights Initiative which builds capacity of stakeholders to promote the rights of people with psychosocial, cognitive and intellectual disabilities and supports countries to develop services and policies in line with the CRPD.
