The next “Maudsley Debates” event, on May 13, 2015 at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience in London, will pit MIA Bloggers Sami Timimi and Peter Gøtzsche against Allan Young and John Crace in an effort to answer the question, “Does long-term use of psychiatric medications cause more harm than good?”

“These interactive, popular and exciting debates attract well known speakers and are attended by service users, carers, professionals, journalists and members of the public,” states a Kings College press release. “The debates are free but booking is essential.”
