The National Survivor User Network (NSUN) has expressed concerns about the UK government’s plans toĀ reform the Mental Health Act, as the government’s current approach focuses on reducing detentions and forced treatment rather than recognizing these measures as human rights violations. The NSUN is lobbying strongly for a Mental Health Act that is fully compliant with human rights.
