Dr. Chuck Ruby is a licensed psychologist in private practice with over 30 years of experience. He is the Executive Director of the
International Society for Ethical Psychology and Psychiatry
and the author of
Smoke and Mirrors: How You Are Being Fooled About Mental Illness – An Insider’s Warning to Consumers.
Dr. Ruby earned his doctoral degree in 1995 from the
Florida State University clinical psychology program.
He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 20 years in the United States Air Force and specializing in
criminal, counterintelligence, and counterespionage investigations, and investigative psychology.
