Emmeline Mead is a psychiatric survivor, a longtime activist and the moderator for the Mad In America website. She brings to this work extensive experience with moderating online communities for The Icarus Project, and will strive to maintain an atmosphere of open, on-topic and respectful dialogue on the site.
