A psychiatrist is suing the North Carolina Physicians Health Program (NCPHP) and several other agencies after being unlawfully terminated and forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. He alleges that these events followed him raising concerns about the treatment of service members with PTSD. He describes the experience as “a Kafkaesque nightmare.”
