  1. Absolutely, DTC drug advertisements should be made illegal, as well as disease mongering or “educating consumers” about made up and scientifically invalid diseases. Because “educating consumers” about “diseases” that are not even proven diseases is false advertising, and false advertising is technically illegal in the USA.
