How to Be a Psychiatrist, 9 Years Education in 9 Minutes
A new video from Daniel Mackler, who writes: “I actually believe that it is possible to educate someone very quickly to be a relatively functional, run-of-the-mill psychiatrist. This video points out how such an education might unfold, including unscientific diagnoses, massive overuse of antipsychotics and other psychiatric drugs, and general lack of ethics in the field, and sometimes downright fraud. Also, if what I’ve said seems too farfetched, check this out: Rosenhan experiment.”
Mad in America hosts blogs by a diverse group of writers. These posts are designed to serve as a public forum for a discussion—broadly speaking—of psychiatry and its treatments. The opinions expressed are the writers’ own.

With these brilliant instructions, I’m ready to go! Where are the patients? Let me at em! I’ll have them nodding robots in no time! When do I get to go to the pharma-sponsored seminars?

HAHAHA Thank you for this. I sent it to my kids. I did in fact tell a shrink that I am indeed antipsychiatry. I also said “Now don’t take offense” LOL
