From Mad in the Netherlands: Stress is not always healthy for people. By paying focused attention to your thoughts, feelings and behavior, you can reduce stress. It used to be thought that our DNA determined our behavior and our physical characteristics. Not anymore. New scientific research shows that many genes can be “on” and “off” every day by adjusting your thoughts, feelings and life attitude. This makes a big difference to the condition of your body. I have nine tips for people as well.
1. Stop taking brain destroying and bodily harming poisons like antidepressants and antipsychotics and allowing dark age practices such as ECT to be given to people
2. Stop seeking help from anyone who advocates for these type of treatments
3. Stop allowing the government, medical system, and other institutions to abuse and mistreat people for expressing their emotions and thoughts
4. Stop listening to the media, advertisers, and government agencies like the FDA that claim these toxic chemicals are safe
5. Stop allowing the abuse of children, the sick and vulnerable, and the elderly by the institutions of this country. People may not realize it but subconsciously they know that these groups of people are being abused and that increases people’s level of stress.
6. Reconnect with and participate in communities that don’t support abuse and neglect as much as possible.
7. Stop interacting with any other groups or organizations that support abuse which can include ones family members, supposed friends, and others who are influencing people or manipulating them to take drugs which are harmful.
8. Start learning about and advocating for the respect of everyone’s constitutional and human rights. The second we allow one person to be abused this sets the pretext for others to mistreated in the future as well.
9. Reconnect with nature as much as possible and listen to what it’s been trying to tell us for decades now.
