Mad in Norway: This year’s “Hamar Dialogues” was held on 1–2 June, and this was the second time in the non-profit organization’s history. The gathering took place at the Hamar Scandic Hotel, and the participant list had grown by a whole school class since last year, now reaching 84 people. After the initiators Birgit Valla and Werner Christie had welcomed everyone to what they describe as a grassroots professional movement, they were pleased to announce that the number of partner organizations has also grown sharply, doubling from the previous year. “The dialogues, and what we do afterwards, are what matters,” Birgit emphasized.
