From PsyBlog: Research suggests that taking a brisk walk three times a week may be more effective in alleviating depression than antidepressants. Almost two-thirds of study participants were no longer depressed after 16 weeks of regular exercise.

How shocking this must be for the psychiatrists! Exercise is healthier than poisons, say it ain’t so!

Oh, come on, no one can make a profit from recommending walks! We have to re-name it as “therapeutic perambulation treatment” and patent it, and require the person to go do a doctor to get it prescribed, but only, of course, as an ADJUNCT to their “medication.” Otherwise, you start losing customers!
