Salubre Care is a concierge-style addiction medicine and behavioral health practice serving patients in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. We specialize in helping individuals safely reduce or discontinue psychiatric medications when appropriate, recover from substance use disorders, and rebuild healthy, meaningful lives.
Our approach emphasizes informed consent, shared decision-making, individualized tapering plans, and long-term recovery support.
