I specialize in anxiety and depression. The mindful, meditative, and holistic approach to therapy and well-being I offer helps and supports men and women to get off of pharmaceuticals for these disorders. Stress reactions are lessened or eliminated as you learn to use various tools I teach you to change your brain’s perceptions, habits and functioning. Being fully present as often as possible, which is a skill anyone can learn, gives you the opportunity to make new choices, new decisions, and experience a richness of living that your former thinking and emotions didn’t allow and now medications have dulled. My intention is to help you find and live your true nature. My offerings are not Buddhist, or religious, but secular. I can speak to many orientations; it’s the client’s choice where we go with that.
