From Science Blog: According to a new meta-analysis, sleep deprivation reduces symptoms in nearly half of depression patients. Partial sleep deprivation (sleep for three to four hours followed by forced wakefulness for 20-21 hours) was found to be equally as effective as being deprived of sleep for 36 hours.
