Hope For The Mentally Ill by Richard Plowden

How long does it take to totally change your life?
One instant.
How long does it take to turn hatred into love?
One instant.
How long does it take to go from grief to joy?
One instant.
How long does it take to do anything truly worth doing?
One instant. One holy instant.
Don’t wait for that instant to come to you,
But grab it with both hands right now.
NOW.
Or in an instant.
One instant.
And in that instant you are saved.
