From Pacific Standard: Melissa Ortiz, President Trump’s appointee for Commissioner of the Administration on Disabilities, is a vocal critic of federal programs for disability. The role of the Administration on Disabilities is to advocate for federal support for programs that support disabled Americans, including Independent Living Centers, the nationwide Protection and Advocacy Network, and Meals on Wheels; it seems that Ortiz is in direct opposition to her job.

  1. All of Trump’s appointees are hired to destroy the parts of government that don’t directly lead to increased income for corporations and the rich. Obama’s appointees had the same mission, but the Democrats will tell you they are hugging you while they are hitting you.
